Intermediate REO

a 120 minute class that takes it a step up from the basics of REO, this class will provide you with the information to help you understand valuations and what Asset Managers are looking for from Agents on BPO’s and Monthly Status Reports. This class will also demonstrate how to manage cash flows and organization techniques for various REO clients. Retail Price $299.00

Experienced REO Agent

a 180 minute class that goes into depth with BPO’s, email/online marketing, REO legislation, Closing Procedures and other helpful downloads to help you successfully navigate in the REO market with various clients. Retail price of $475.00.
